This is where you’ll do the actual emotional release process.
It helps you let go of surface stress or emotion, and become aware of what’s underneath.
These audios are a small taster of the full emotional release session. In a 1:1 session, we go much deeper into the hidden beliefs that drive your reactions, patterns and decisions.
Use the guided audio once or twice a day for three to five days and notice how you begin to feel.
