How the sessions work
What is the format of the sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place online via Google Meet.
They are one-to-one and focused on working with what is emotionally active - not analysing your story in detail, but releasing the charge behind it.
Rather than repeatedly revisiting the past or trying to fix your thoughts, we bring attention to what is being felt in the present moment and work directly with it.
This is not traditional therapy, diagnosis, or coaching. It is a structured process of guided awareness and release.
The aim is not to “improve” you.
It is to dissolve the emotional charge that creates stress, tension, reactivity, and recurring patterns in your life.
When that emotional charge releases, your responses become steadier and clearer and the quality of your life shifts as a result.
What is the frequency of the sessions?
There are no packages and no pressure.
Sessions can be spaced every 1–4 weeks, depending on your needs and where you are in your process.
Some people come for a short period during a transition. Others return regularly when something new surfaces and needs to be worked through.
The pace is individual. This work unfolds naturally, not on a fixed timeline.
What brings people to the sessions?
Every person is different. However, sessions often begin with experiences such as:
- A general sense of feeling stuck, frustrated or disappointed with how life is unfolding
- Stress, anxiety, burnout or ongoing inner tension
- Repeated relationship patterns or problems
- Career dissatisfaction or indecision
- Financial pressure or frustration
- Difficulty accepting the past or forgiving
- Strong emotional reactivity
- Challenges with boundaries and self-trust
Whatever the surface issue may be, the work is always the same at its core:
We identify and release the emotional patterns that keep it in place.
What is the cost of the sessions?
Sessions are £50.
Payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the session to confirm your space.
