About me

How I came to this work

I came to this work because I needed it.

For years, I felt emotionally heavy and stuck in patterns I could not think my way out of. There was anxiety. Unhealthy attachments. Alcohol. Career frustration. A persistent sense that something unresolved was driving everything underneath.

I discovered the Letting Go method through the work of David R. Hawkins.

Intellectually, it made sense. But understanding the theory was not enough. I needed to apply it.

Working closely with Letting Go guide Aneta Łanocha, I began releasing emotional charge I had carried for years.

Old beliefs surfaced. Childhood patterns became clearer. More importantly, I stopped trying to analyse my way out of discomfort and started working directly with what was driving my reactions.

The process was not instant nor it was comfortable. It required honesty. Responsibility. Consistent practice.

Gradually, the heaviness lifted. Clarity returned. My decisions changed.

I no longer lived in constant internal tension. The need to escape through distraction, alcohol, or overthinking gradually lost its grip.

For the first time, I experienced moments of genuine steadiness and happiness - a sense of inner calm that wasn’t dependent on circumstances. Through continued practice, those moments became longer and more consistent.

This work is not something I completed. It is something I continue to practise. I guide from lived experience -  not theory.

Supporting others became a natural extension of doing the work myself.

How I guide

My approach is rooted in the Letting Go method described by Dr. Hawkins, applied in a grounded and practical way.

Sessions are focused. We do not drift into long analysis or advice-giving. We work directly with what is emotionally active beneath the surface.

I do not see myself as someone who fixes or advises. My role is to guide the process and hold steady structure while you engage honestly with what arises.

You do not need a dramatic story or a perfectly defined problem to begin. Often there is simply a sense that too much is being carried internally, and that continuing in the same way is no longer working.

I value clarity, responsibility, and depth. I work best with people who are willing to look inward and take ownership of their emotional patterns.

“I felt such a relief afterwards. Ola has a wonderful way of guiding through things."
