Goodbye Toxic. Hello Healthy is a one-to-one emotional release pathway for women who keep finding themselves in painful relationship patterns. This may show up as attracting emotionally unavailable partners, going back to someone you know is not right for you or noticing that your own reactions are pushing people away.
This pathway helps you uncover and release the beliefs and emotional charges that drive attraction, chemistry and attachment. When these emotional layers are released, your nervous system no longer seeks intensity, confusion or inconsistency. Instead, you naturally begin choosing relationships that feel calm, respectful and real.
This is not about forcing yourself to choose better. It is about changing what feels emotionally attractive to you at the deepest level.

Letting go – releasing the emotions that surface, using the Letting Go method (based on work of Dr David R. Hawkins and the Sedona Method)

What a session looks like
Each session begins with whatever is currently coming up in your dating life, relationships or thought patterns. This could be a situation that triggered you, someone you feel drawn to even though you know they are not right for you or a feeling that keeps showing up when you try to connect with someone new.
We bring gentle awareness to what is happening in your body and mind and allow the real emotional trigger to surface naturally. There is no analysis or judgement. You simply become aware of what is underneath the attraction or resistance, and I guide you in releasing it.
As you let go of these emotional patterns, you stop feeling drawn to unhealthy dynamics and start choosing from a place of clarity, calm and authentic connection.
Every session is guided at your pace.

Intro Session – £25
One full session to explore what is active in your life right now and experience the letting go process. You do not need to choose a pathway beforehand. If you already know your focus area, we will begin there. If you are unsure, I will guide you to the best starting point.
Ongoing Sessions – £50 each
If we both feel that working together is the right fit, you can continue on a session-by-session basis. There are no packages or contracts. You choose your pace.
