Heal the past - What it is

Heal the past is a one-to-one emotional release practice for women who feel their past still affects how they think, feel and behave today. This method helps you gently let go of unresolved emotions linked to childhood experiences, family dynamics or painful memories, without needing to talk about them in detail or analyse them.

Instead of trying to force forgiveness or “move on”, you will release the emotional hold that the past has on your nervous system, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer and more at peace within yourself.

With this method, you will learn how to:

  • Access and release stored emotional pain that still affects your reactions today

  • Let go of beliefs formed in childhood that are limiting your relationships, confidence or sense of self

  • Respond to family triggers without emotional reactivity

  • Create emotional separation from the past so it no longer defines your present

  • Experience genuine peace and acceptance without forcing yourself to “be positive” or pretend it doesn’t matter

A 1:1 session usually has two parts:

  1. Revealing limiting beliefs – gently uncovering what’s underneath your reactions, patterns or emotional triggers

  2. Letting go – releasing the emotions that surface, using the Letting Go method (based on work of Dr David R. Hawkins and the Sedona Method)

What a session looks like

Each session begins with whatever is currently active in your mind or body. This might be a recurring memory, a family relationship, or an emotion that keeps resurfacing even when you try to ignore it.

You are gently guided to notice the emotional charge behind it. As we bring awareness to what is truly being triggered, deeper beliefs and emotional layers naturally come to the surface. There is no forcing and no need to go into long stories.

From there, we use the letting go process to release the emotional pressure held in your body and nervous system. You do not have to relive the past. You simply allow the emotion to be felt, so it can leave your system.

The pace is always set by you. Each session is focused on releasing what is ready to be released, one layer at a time.

Just bring pen and paper and show up as you are.

Intro Session – £25

One full session to explore what is active in your life right now and experience the letting go process. You do not need to choose a pathway beforehand. If you already know your focus area, we will begin there. If you are unsure, I will guide you to the best starting point.

Ongoing Sessions – £50 each

If we both feel that working together is the right fit, you can continue on a session-by-session basis. There are no packages or contracts. You choose your pace.
