Is it time to let go?
Your negative emotions and painful past experiences do not have to become the story you live out for the rest of your lives.
One-to-one guided emotional release sessions using letting go method for people who have tried everything else.
About the process
I’ve got good news and slightly challenging one.
Our negative emotions and painful past experiences do not have to become the story we live out for the rest of our lives. The Letting Go method, described by Dr. David R. Hawkins, can lead to genuine inner transformation.
The challenge is that peace and relief do not come from avoiding what hurts. They arise when we are willing to turn inward and meet what is difficult, painful, and uncomfortable.
The source of suffering
According to David R. Hawkins, suffering does not come from emotions themselves, but from identifying with them. When an emotion becomes “me,” it begins to shape and define our entire life.
The true Self is not an emotion. It is not a story, and it is not the past. It is a quiet, steady presence, even when sadness, fear, or anger appear.
What is Letting Go?
Letting Go is the practice of consciously releasing resistance to what we feel. It is not about fighting emotions or trying to fix them, but about allowing them to pass through us without building our identity around them.
This process is not linear. Awareness unfolds in waves, with moments of relief followed by moments of confrontation. For those who grew up in chaos, peace can feel unfamiliar and at times even unsafe.
In the beginning, letting go may feel like grief. Grief for the childhood that never happened, the safety that was missing, and the life that could have been different.
With time, grief gives way to clarity and to a peace that no longer requires effort, control, or struggle.
Emotions stop being the enemy and become just a source of information that arrives and passes.
Peace stops feeling foreign and begins to feel natural.
Support along the way
From my own experience, I know this process is gentler when supported by a trusted guide. In my personal journey, a profound source of support was Aneta Łanocha, for whom I feel deep gratitude.
It was Aneta who inspired me to begin my own path with letting go. Through her openness and trust, I am now able to work with this method myself and share it with others.
Who this work is for
People usually come to me when they feel stuck.
Something is holding them in place. Old emotional patterns, beliefs formed in childhood, tension carried in the body for years.
Often, they have already tried many paths. Therapy, books, personal development, working on themselves.
And yet, something remains.
It feels heavy. Too present to ignore. Too familiar to keep pretending it is not there.
At this point, people are usually no longer looking for more explanations.
They are looking for relief. Lightness.
A way to finally see what is truly happening beneath the surface.Jak wygląda sesja
What our session looks like
This is not a therapeutic session.
We do not analyse the story of the problem in detail, because talking about it rarely brings real relief.
Instead, we work directly with experience.
During a session, I guide you through three core areas.
1. Allowing the body to relax and feel safe
Many people learned very early to live in constant tension, as if something bad could happen at any moment.
A tense body keeps the mind in a defensive state.
When the body begins to relax, awareness naturally opens.
2. Seeing what is truly holding you back
The mind often repeats old stories and conclusions that once helped us survive.
When the body is calmer and the right questions are asked, these stories begin to dissolve. What often remains is a much simpler truth.
3. Letting go of the inner struggle with emotions
Most of us learned to suppress emotions, control them, or explain them intellectually.
The Letting Go process is different. Emotions are allowed and felt fully, without judgment, without resistance, and without building an identity around them.
This is where true emotional freedom begins. Feeling without reacting, without suppressing, and without creating a story about who you are.
Many people are surprised by how calm and clear they feel after allowing emotions they have carried for years.
Often, after the first session, it becomes clear whether this approach is right for you.
What this work is not
If you are looking for:
a quick fix
“karmic healing”
someone who will make you feel special
a method promising instant transformation
I understand. I once looked for that too.
But it does not exist.
There are no shortcuts on this path. When someone promises them, it is wise to be cautious.
This process is about seeing the truth about yourself. That truth is not always comfortable, but it brings freedom.
What changes over time
At some point, many people notice that they stop trying to control everything. Their thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, other people, and even the world.
As control begins to loosen, something else appears. Acceptance.
Not resignation, but a quiet clarity that brings peace.
From this clarity, action becomes simpler.
Even the same actions can begin to produce very different results.
And when things do not go according to plan, panic and self-attack no longer arise.
There is more space, more trust, and more freedom.
And from this space, life begins to unfold on its own, step by step.
Individual session
An individual session is a space for real work with emotions.

We work with what is actually present in the moment.
It is an invitation to pause and experience the process of emotional release, Letting Go, in practice.
Individual session fee
Individual session: £50
The session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
During the meeting, we focus on what is currently having the greatest impact on your wellbeing and your life.
