Say no without guilt is a one-to-one emotional release practice for women who are tired of people-pleasing, overcommitting and staying silent when they want to speak up. This pathway helps you release the beliefs and emotional blocks that make you feel guilty, anxious or fearful when you try to set boundaries.
Instead of forcing yourself to be assertive or using surface-level communication strategies, you will learn how to release the emotional charge behind your hesitation, so saying no becomes natural and peaceful.

A 1:1 session usually has two parts:
Revealing limiting beliefs – gently uncovering what’s underneath your reactions, patterns or emotional triggers
Letting go – releasing the emotions that surface, using the Letting Go method (based on work of Dr David R. Hawkins and the Sedona Method)

What a session looks like
Each session is a guided one-to-one experience where we start with a real situation or person in your life that is causing stress, guilt or internal conflict. It could be a recent conversation, a request you want to say no to or a pattern you notice repeating.
We tune into what is happening in your mind and body in that moment and allow the real emotional trigger to surface. As we gently explore what is underneath the guilt or hesitation, deeper beliefs about safety, approval and self-worth often reveal themselves naturally.
You are then guided through a release process to let go of the emotional pressure behind these beliefs. There is no force, no analysis and no need to justify your feelings. The pace is always set by you.
Over time, your nervous system stops reacting out of fear or obligation, and saying no becomes calm, grounded and natural.
Just bring pen and paper and show up as you are.

Intro Session – £25
One full session to explore what is active in your life right now and experience the letting go process. You do not need to choose a pathway beforehand. If you already know your focus area, we will begin there. If you are unsure, I will guide you to the best starting point.
Ongoing Sessions – £50 each
If we both feel that working together is the right fit, you can continue on a session-by-session basis. There are no packages or contracts. You choose your pace.
