Stress Reset is a one-to-one emotional release practice designed for women who feel overwhelmed by daily responsibilities - work, family, life admin, never-ending to-do lists - and want a practical method to calm their mind and reset their energy.
Instead of reacting to stress or trying to push through it, you will learn how to release it using simple techniques you can rely on for the rest of your life.
With this method, you will learn how to:
Observe your emotions instead of being controlled by them
Use a practical self-inquiry and letting go technique specifically focused on releasing stress
Identify what is actually triggering your stress (not just what you think is causing it)
Reset your nervous system naturally, without meditation apps, distraction or suppression

You want to “dip your toe in” emotional release work without going too deep (yet)
You are sceptical of anything too spiritual, but open to something that actually works. I promise we won’t hug trees!

A 1:1 session usually has two parts:
Revealing limiting beliefs – gently uncovering what’s underneath your reactions, patterns or emotional triggers
Letting go – releasing the emotions that surface, using the Letting Go method (based on work of Dr David R. Hawkins and the Sedona Method)
If you’d like to experience the emotional release part, you can download a free 8–12 minute audio designed to help you pause, observe and gently let go of emotional tension that we often suppress and carry.

What a session looks like
Each session is a guided one-to-one experience where I help you release the emotional pressure behind stress. We begin with what you are feeling in the moment, whether it is work stress, overwhelm or emotional tension.
As we move through the process, deeper triggers may naturally surface. If that happens, we explore and release them gently, without force, analysis or needing to relive the past. The pace is always set by you.
This pathway can stay practical and focused on everyday stress, or it can gradually open the door to deeper relief if and when you are ready.
Just bring pen and paper and show up as you are.

Intro Session – £25
One full session to explore what is active in your life right now and experience the letting go process. You do not need to choose a pathway beforehand. If you already know your focus area, we will begin there. If you are unsure, I will guide you to the best starting point.
Ongoing Sessions – £50 each
If we both feel that working together is the right fit, you can continue on a session-by-session basis. There are no packages or contracts. You choose your pace.
